Rebecca Donnelly was great in helping us find our new home. I called her several times for information on different homes, she got back to us right away with the information we needed, it is hard to do things long distance, she was always there when we needed her.

Rebecca is amazing. We moved from out of state and were referred to Rebecca by a friend. We were pretty blind in the move, not knowing the area, local lenders, etc. All of her recommendations were spot on. She found us a great home on a tight schedule, and made the buying process extremely smooth so we could focus on the move. Thanks again!

Very knowledgeable on VA loans and we had an issue with the carpets being deep cleaned and not did she go to bat and get it cleaned again but she let them in and locked up afterwards while we were on our tenth anniversary. Thank you!

As a Veteran seeking a VA loan, I was some what apprehensive on whom I should retain. For my situation, I required specific prerequisites, that were significant, and crucial. After doing some research, and talking to individuals Rebecca's name came up. I used Zillow and other sites to explore potential homes that had the possibility of meeting my needs. My initial contact with Rebecca was while she was driving. She immediately pulled over and took the time to listen to me carefully. I indicated to her my situation and needed amenities for a house. She was attentive and understood. Working with her was a compete joy. She is extremely competent with her interactions with me and others involved it the transaction. I would encourage anyone looking for a home to seriously consider her as your agent. She is accomplished, experienced, and prepared to assist you in a purchase or sale of a home.

Rebecca has represented us on two occasions. First, when we were buyers moving in from out of state and second, when we were selling. She's extremely knowledgeable regarding the market in which we were looking to buy and later to sell. She took care in cautioning us not to overpay for a property, and did a great job negotiating for us. Later when we were ready to sell, she was thorough in discussing the attributes of the relative comp properties so we could choose an optimum list price. Was always timely with information as the process progressed. Would highly recommend Rebecca as both a buyers' and sellers' agent.

Rebecca was great to work with for many reasons. The biggest reasons I enjoyed working with her is her familiarity with the area (for us, Missoula), her honest information about homes and parts of the city, and her willingness to actually listen to what we wanted and only show us home that were good for our family's needs. Rebecca was someone I could trust to find the right home for our family. I am not from Missoula and knew nothing about the location so really valued how she filled me in on all parts of Missoula. Also when we looked at houses she would tell us her honest opeinion about why or why not a certain home/area may or may not be a good fit for our family. We happened to be looking for houses when Missoula's housing market was at an all time high. There seemed like there was nothing we could afford. With the high demand for houses here and prices sky rocketing, Rebecca managed to find us a home in Missoula for under 200k. I don't know if it was a miracle or rebecca is just that amazing lol. She found a home we could put some sweat equity into, was close to a good elementary school for my daughter and was close to my husband's work. We really couldn't be happier. We happened to find her on Zillow when we were living in Germany and we mentioned to her that we would be moving to Missoula, MT within a year and since our initial contact with her she was willing to show us houses online and answer any questions we had. She really did want us to feel comfortable when we eventually moved. I would definitely recommend her if you're looking for a realtor.
